I tried to keep better track this time — disregarding the flashbacks, I’m pretty sure these are all Bucky’s lines in the movie:

*”I’ve got her. Find him.”
(Not in English. Russian? It was subtitled.)

*”Who the hell is Bucky?”

*”The man on the bridge. I knew him.”

*”But I know him.”

*”No I don’t.”

*”You’re my mission.”

Also, a quick google search reveals this key information:

D.C. law requires all motorcycle operators and passengers to wear helmets of a type approved by the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles. In addition to the helmet law, all motorcycle operators must wear goggles or a face shield, unless the bike is equipped with a windscreen, or unless the operator wears eyeglasses with safety glass lenses.

Come on, Steve! I seriously doubt helmet laws are a Hydra plot.

Three more random notes:

1. tumblr’s influence made me hyper-aware of the milk scene. I had to put both hands over my mouth to keep my laughter from being too loud. Darn you, Pierce, and your tiny amount of milk!

2. I was looking for Natasha’s arrow necklace this time, and all I can say is that I love it.

3. No less than two theater employees tried to come in and start cleaning before the 2nd credits scene. I stubbornly stayed put despite being the only one left. If I want to stay through ALL the credits to see sad hobo Bucky Barnes at the Smithsonian, then I am gosh darned going to do it!
