definitely not a drought

Whenever there's a big storm (or a little storm), it's always interesting to go out and see the river, in all its various close-enough-to-walk-to locations. Yesterday one of the local parks was a lot wetter than usual.



(This part of the river experiences tidal variations, so high tide was definitely a factor. January! What even!)
