9:46 am: I’ve spent the last hour psyching myself up to go to the laundromat.

10:00 am: Yet I’m still here, surrounded by my laundry on one side and the cat on the other.

10:18 am: Right. Really going this time.

11:58 am: Back at home, safe and sound! (Wow, laundromats are a totally bizarre combination of public and private. And Sunday morning is a popular time, apparently. And you should always bring quarters, because you never know when the change machine will break, like ::cough:: right after I used it today, which was kinda awkward.)
