I felt some amount of obligation to watch the DNC last night.

I’m not sure why — I let tumblr fill me in on the first two nights, but I felt like I wanted to watch, so I did. (On my computer, and I tuned in just in time to hear a commentator suggest that I might want to pull up some funny cat videos to help pass the time until the speeches began.)

Silly Observation:
The big sign they kept flashing behind the speakers said “Americans Coming Together.” Which is — hey, great choice, no question — but I blame the internet for my inability to ever not see the double entendre.
