My To Do List For The Week:

Sunday: [check!]

Monday: [check!]

Tuesday: 1. do laundry 2. don’t yell at anyone at work

Wednesday: 1. blow off work to go shopping?

Thursday: 1. be a better person

Friday: 1. get dressed

I’ve clearly absorbed the idea that lists and goals can be useful, but I’m not sure I’ve yet grasped *how* to make that happen.
