signs of spring

1. I walked out of work yesterday, went over to my car, and thought, ‘Yay, pollen!’ This is how I know it’s been a long winter, when I get excited about pollen.

2. I finally unplugged my space heater this week. (I have not, however, put it away. Next week’s forecast looks a little questionable.)

3. There is still snow to be seen, but you now have to actively look for it. It seems possible we will have snow until summer, which I guess would be a good excuse for not swapping out my snow tires for a bit longer.
