sun light to the rescue

Despite my protestations to the contrary, it’s possible that mornings and I aren’t the closest of friends. My number one favorite thing about summer is that it’s light out when I wake up. Right now the days are getting shorter again, and waking up to sunlight streaming in the window is over for another year.

Yesterday I set up my full spectrum light within easy reach of the bed, so that when my alarm when off this morning I could just reach over and flip the light on. Ahhh. So nice. Especially since it is super cloudy today.

In short: the Verilux Happy Light = highly recommended!
