pre-weekending

I’ve been pre-weekending this week, in preparation for possibly seeing Infinity War this weekend. (Pre-weekending, of course, being the act of getting the weekend’s chores done during the week, to free up precious weekend hours for other things. It’s a careful balancing act, since pre-weekending can react poorly with the power of “done for now.”)

Will I be seeing IW this weekend? Will the weather be nice? Will I make up for the sleep I lost last night when my upstairs neighbors decided to do I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT NOISE WAS BUT I WAS CONCERNED at 12:15 am?

These are true mysteries of our times. But at least I’ll have already done the grocery shopping.
