national coffee day
Sep. 29th, 2020 05:51 amIt's national coffee day here in the US, because -- I have no idea why. I did sort of look it up, and didn't find anything, but admittedly I wasn't trying very hard. There's a lot of free coffee available today, is mostly what I found.
In honor of this auspicious day (not on purpose, but the timing worked out well), I ordered myself a coffee maker last week. It was supposed to arrive this Thursday, but showed up early. (The coffee I ordered to go with it did not, which is classic 2020.) Still, it is something fun to look forward to.
(And apparently October 1st is international coffee day, so there's that too!)
