at least they take up less space than a VHS

I always laugh at the line from Doctor Who ("Blink") when they joke about only owning seventeen dvds, because 1) it's a funny line in a tense episode; and 2) I only own fourteen dvds.

Soon to be thirteen, because somewhere along the way I wound up with two (2) copies of 'National Treasure 2,' which is really an excessive number of copies for any one person to have.

(I will separate each sentence into a separate paragraph, to make this post look longer.)

Perhaps the best part about this situation is that I also currently own zero ways to play a dvd. (My old computer could play dvds! Back in the day! I didn't prioritize that in my current computer because even when I could watch them, I almost never did.)

But they're much smaller than VHS tapes, and I still have a box of cassette tapes somewhere too. I think. Pretty sure.
