Me: there are so many things I could do today!

[What I have mostly done so far today: stare into space thinking about the things I could do, browse tumblr; repeat]

Me: oh no, I have wasted all that time thinking, now I must hurry to do things!

[Stare into space some more, thinking about the most efficient way to do things in the limited amount of time left in the day]

Me: oh no, now I'm so tired from all that thinking! I should take a nap to rest up -- THEN surely I will be ready to actually do things today!
