I admit, my plan for the pre-work morning hours today did not actually account for rain. Which is what is currently happening. Well, that sure is a thing.
(It's actually supposed to stop soon. Which I guess means I should brush my teeth and move on with the day.)
But first, a cat story! Earlier in the summer, when I was reading about things like 'how hot is too hot for my cat,' I read multiple articles saying that some cats don't like having a breeze on them (aka fans). Today I turned the fan on but pointed it towards the windows (away from me, since I am sitting in front of the cat's Current Preferred Bed). Hahaha except the cat decided to sleep in a different spot, RIGHT in front of the fan. Always good to have a daily reminder that cats are Mysterious and Unknowable, but also So Cute.
