I was yesterday years old when I learned that 'judgement' is apparently NOT the correct US spelling of the word. No, apparently we're supposed to spell it 'judgment.' (Judgment vs Judgement)

I feel boggled. What?!? I'd like to cast a judgement upon the missing 'e' in judgment.

(In classic November writing style, I can't actually remember how I wound up spelling it in the story. I will not be checking. Who knows? Not me!)
