(An Explanation: I have a work!mail account that forwards everything to a work!gmail for handy storage. I’ve been informed by our IT person that the only way to keep my work!mail account from deleting itself is to log in monthly and zap out an email. This seems like a significant flaw to me, but who am I to question the vagaries of IT?)
