it's hibernating time

marcicatBetween the two of us, the cat and I ate 14 times yesterday. That seems like a lot. It includes snacks, though. (Yes, the cat gets snacks too.)
And then I went to sleep and felt all cozy and bundled up in blankets, until the snowplow noise woke me up. (Which is not to say I am not Super Grateful that the parking lot is sort of cleared! But I dreamed someone was dragging one of those rolling trash cans back and forth in front of the building, which was weird, and now I'm all sleepy even though the fitbit assures me I slept for seven hours.)
The weather report looks somewhat encouraging. I mean, not really, because it's only supposed to reach 15F degrees on Friday, and that just sounds Too Cold For Me, but on a short-term and parameter-limited basis, it looks like the driving might not be too bad for me (late morning). Which is encouraging!
As is surely clear by now, I had no idea what to write about today. So this was my rambling Monday morning train of thought about food and weather.
