(47 days till spring!)

The cat patiently watched me not write anything for about twenty minutes — he snuggled up to the computer while I browsed tumblr on my phone (the computer can’t handle tumblr). As soon as I put the phone down, he was ready to lead the way to the kitchen for his second breakfast.

And to get there, he walked over the keyboard. Despite there being significantly more walking area present that is *not* the keyboard, somehow that particular space is like a cat magnet. What’s up with that? Are there studies on this? Please tell me someone’s written a long scholarly article detailing the reasons why cats walk across keyboards, probably coming to the final conclusion of ‘seems like they just think it’s funny.’
