marcicatHahaha I've been spending the week reading an absolute behemoth of a fic and I'm not done yet! But here's one WIP that wrapped up this week that I'm looking forward to re-reading in full:

After she dies in the mess that follows the accursed letter telling her the truth about her husband and her son's death, Qin Su wakes up in Jinlintai several years into the past, at the beginning of Jin Guangyao's career as an experienced murderer. Qin Su doesn't have a clear idea of how dangerous her husband is, but judging by the secret he hid from her (not ideal), his allegations about A-Song's death (unforgivable), the fact that he held her captive (concerning) in his secret torture chamber (really concerning) where he stopped being casually terrifying long enough to talk to the severed head of his sworn brother that he keeps in a cupboard (extremely concerning), she’s starting to suspect the answer is: a lot.
