The real question for me is not what happened in the movie. I haven’t even seen the movie. And really, since when have fans been all that caught up on what the movie makers *wanted* to have happen?

The mystery for me is how the (awesome!) fandom for Inception got from this (trailer) and this (sound effect) and somehow got to these:
