this will definitely work

In an attempt to change my perspective re: work, I have literally changed my perspective -- I've rotated my desk 90 degrees so that it is now perpendicular to the wall. This has several exciting benefits!
*I enjoy rearranging my furniture, so I had fun doing it. (And will, in all likelihood, enjoy changing it back again.)
*Motivated me to do the vacuuming last Friday when I moved it.
*Better energy in the room now that my back isn't to the door.
*A significantly tinier portion of the room will now be visible on zoom, so I might be able to stop using the blur function during meetings, AND no one will be able to tell when I do laundry. (This was at least 50% of the reason for moving the desk in the first place.)
*I now feel mildly interested in clocking in to work for the day, since I'll get to try out the new arrangement.
