marcicat | advent – down to the wire

I spent yesterday mournfully looking at my computer, which was turned off for my “day without technology*.” Not gonna lie, that was one of those things that sounded more enjoyable in my head than it did when I was faced with the actual reality of it. (I did enjoy checking it off the list, though!)

[*Note: Where 'technology' really just meant 'my computer' and 'my ipod.' I don't use my phone anyway, though I did take it with me when I went for a walk, for safety purposes.]

So, what’s left on the list?

#8: go for a walk after dark to look at lights
(apparently I’m doing this tonight, since, well, there’s really only one chance left)

#9: bake something
(not sure how two holdouts ended up so close on the list, but I may broaden it to ‘prepare some food item’ to make sure it happens)

#11: write an Avengers holiday fic
(I’ve started? except there’s not much ‘holiday’ right now, really just a bunch of walking around)

#25: christmas!
(luckily, this one seems likely to take care of itself, barring unexpected time travel or dimensional shifting)
