marcicatYesterday definitely felt like a Sunday, but by late afternoon it was summer-hot and humid in a way that made it seem inconceivable that today could be Monday, September 19th. My brain still hasn't quite caught up with it.
I'm hoping that the net effect will be a quiet, low-pressure work day, because why not hope for that? (I expect the day will actually be very busy, but possibly not for me -- one of the many benefits of being an employee who's not too important is that things like 'the end of the fiscal quarter' don't impact me much.)
