caturday=cat shopping day
Oct. 22nd, 2022 07:30 amSo... any time I place an order for cat food, I like to get something fun too. I see no reason not to spoil the cat as much as possible. I will use ALL the love languages to tell my cat I love her, thanks.
And she loves paper tunnels, so I found her a cat tunnel that curves around a little bed; it's very cute and I think it will be perfect to rotate with the paper tunnels. (So that both types stay more interesting!) But it was a little pricey, and I thought to myself 'maybe this would be better as a Christmas gift,' even though it would obviously make no difference at all to the cat, who is blissfully unaware of the Christmas industrial complex.
But that's still so far away! Especially in cat time! (Perhaps even more crucially, it would mean I'd have to find something else for the order.) And I decided that the solution was to simply buy her a similarly extravagant gift EACH MONTH from now until Christmas. (In my defense, it is her first winter here, and I'm still learning what she likes in terms of cozy winter things!) It's possible I've already picked out November's gift.
