yoga update

marcicatOne of my goals this year is to do more yoga, and I'm all about free content. I've been very pleased with these two -- both have lots of videos up on youtube of varying lengths and challenge levels. Both have cute dogs that show up in the videos too!
*Yoga With Adriene
(Very chatty, very 'I love you just the way you are.' I like these when I want to do yoga and also have someone talk at me and make silly jokes.)
*Yoga By Candace
(Occasionally starts or ends videos with a influencer-type pitch for something, but the videos themselves are chatter-free. I like these when I want to feel like I just slipped in the back of a class in progress and will slip out again at the end with no one interacting with me.)
