my curiosity is boundless

My workplace recently switched from google to office, which has created Some Problems (as expected) and IT has been about as helpful as usual in fixing them (also as expected).
We had some training meetings before the switch, and now that we're office-official, they're offering two more "open sessions" for people to attend if they have, and I quote, "general questions."
The invite clarifies that if you have "specific questions" about your individual situation, they won't be addressing those in the open sessions, and you should put in an IT ticket for them.
Which of course means the pesky troublemaker in me became INSTANTLY CURIOUS about what could POSSIBLY be considered a general enough question to be answered that would still offer any level of value to the participants. Wouldn't all questions be related to your individual experience of the programs? Maybe if you had a hypothetical question about something, that would work?
ANYWAY I am definitely planning on attending just to witness the chaos.
