the week begins

marcicat*September is coming to an end! The next time it's Monday, it will be October. WHAT IS TIME
*Now that I can turn my head in both directions without pain again, I can officially say 'haha what a good lesson for my future self, clearly when one is going on a hiking trip, CARRYING A BACKPACK is part of what one should practice.' (I thought it would be fine? It was just a dayhiking pack, not like a full hiking pack, so it wasn't very heavy. SPOILER it felt fine while I was doing it, and then I spent a week afterwards with neck and shoulder pain. But I'm fine now, yay!)
*I have MOVED MY DESK. I remain eternally optimistic that rearranging/moving my workspace will make work more fun.
*It's possible that moving the desk will be another good lesson for my future self, this time about moving heavy furniture and back strain.
*I don't NEED groceries, but I want groceries.
