I bought a LOT of extra stuff at the grocery store yesterday so that I could have a little treat each day this week. (Hot weather is hard! It's always a good time for a little treat!) Today's treat: electrolytes! (I got a new kind to try!)
Me, yesterday: so far this heat wave has been pretty manageable!
My brain: that's great! that's probably because it hasn't started yet, but good attitude!
