marcicatMe, starting the 297,000 word fic: wow, I can't believe I've never read this one before!
At chapter 15 (of 50): the talisman isn't going to work the way you think... wait, HAVE I read this before?
At chapter 16: I've definitely read this chapter
At chapter 19: I have no memory of this
This isn't entirely unusual, but I've skipped ahead to read the epilogue (didn't seem familiar) and I can't piece together any memories of how the characters get from here to there, so who knows! Maybe I've read the whole thing and will remember as I go. Maybe I read up to chapter 16 at some point while it was being posted and forgot to subscribe for updates.
