my phone: hey I'm gonna update overnight, you don't need to do anything except plug me in, but I'm going to notify you on an increasingly irritating schedule until this is done

me: fine, fine, you're going to do it anyway

my phone, the next day: I UPDATED

me: yeah, I know, you said, congrats or whatever

my phone: also I changed the volume on your alarm

me: WHAT?!?!?!?!??? WHY????????
