how could I fall for this classic ploy?
Oct. 10th, 2012 08:10 pmI was cold, so I put my sleeping bag on the bed and curled up under it. The cat STARED at me with catly horror and disdain, and removed himself to the far corner of the bed (which was not that far away, actually — that should have been a clue!).
A few minutes later, I manage to convince myself that I really should DO the things that will make tomorrow manageable and not a throw-my-hands-in-the-air-and-cry sort of day. I remove myself from the bed.
The end of this story is clear, yes? I am currently sitting on the floor, typing, wondering why I’m even still awake, while the cat sleeps peacefully on top of my sleeping bag in what is probably the mathematical center of the bed. ::fist shake::
