marcicatMy coworkers and I had some fun talking about ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ today.
On Thor the Huntsman’s accent:
“He was like an old-timey Brit from Australia.”
On William:
“I was all ‘look at you and your bad self, attacking the convoy.’ Our little William, all grown up and committing felonies.”
More on William:
“Wait, wasn’t kid!William blond?”
On the end credits:
“Here, have a Florence & The Machine song to make up for those last 90 seconds of awkward silence.”
On what counted as the oddest movie element:
“I was following with the whole Dark Forest thing, and then suddenly they were in Narnia, and what was that all about?”
On the dwarves:
“I don’t see why Gus had to die, that was horrible.”
“Because with him there were eight dwarves; there could only be seven. You know, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.”
“We should have guessed; his name doesn’t fit the pattern. ‘Sleepy, Dopey, Happy. Gus. Ooh, bad news, Gus.’”
