long!lecture is loooooooooooooooooong

Yeah, so the ‘one hour talk’ I was supposed to go to for work tonight ran a little over. Like, by an hour and a half. But! There was some unexpected hilarity sprinkled in amongst the slides.

Picture this: it’s a talk about nutrition, and food, and all that, and he’s talking about meat protein. There’s a slide with all these different kinds of meat listed, with various numbers next to them. (They were percentages; I’m… not actually sure what they represented. It’s possible I dozed off *very* slightly during that explanation.)

Down near the bottom, it says:

WILD SQUIRREL (Dangerous!)

And there’s a picture:

And he says, all straight faced delivery: “You could eat squirrels, but I don’t recommend it. Sometimes they have lightsabers.”

why is that graphic so small?

According to my computer’s weather widget, this Wednesday we will either have accumulating snow, or the snow will fall up from low-lying clouds.

The first seems logically more likely, but the second better matches the graphic.
