Temperature outside: about 60(F)

Temperature in my house: about 68(F)

Temperature at work: freakin’ 78(F) (OR HIGHER)

It is SO HOT at work. No, the heat is not on, and we have doors open on three sides to let in the cool outside air. It’s just really, really hot. It’s been like that all week. We showed up on Sunday in long sleeves and sweaters, only to realize our mistake. Since then everyone has swapped to t-shirts — one person even wore capris yesterday. It is, in a backwards twist, hotter than it was during the summer, because in the summer we turned the AC on. Now that it’s October, AC is frowned upon by our boss.

Now, of course, I’m back home, wearing fleece and slippers. MY BODY IS SO CONFUSED.
