advent update, as of December 8th

So far December is going “great”! (“Great” is what I’ve been telling people, anyway. I find December is one of those months that tends to look best when looking back on it, so I like to give it the benefit of the doubt while it’s still happening.)

Here’s what’s made it off the advent list and into my life these last eight days:

~drink hot chocolate! (it was mixed with coffee)

~2 holiday movies!

~go outside every day! (walking to the car totally counts)

~stay healthy!

~have fun shopping!

~snowflake window clings! (delegated this one to a coworker, but I put up lights at home, so I’m counting it)

~holiday fic recs!

~singing in the car! (lyrical accuracy not required)
