I figured I’d better do one last count of Christmas lights on my way home tonight. Two full weeks after Christmas, I can cheerfully say that I still saw 56 houses (okay, one was a business, and one was a church) with lights (and/or obviously Christmas-themed displays, like a yard nativity).

[note: I am proud to say that my house is one of them!]

[double!note: I missed being able to count our neighbors by ONE DAY. Last night -- lights. Tonight -- nope.]
