starting the month on a Monday throws off my groove

But I still remembered to write an email to myself! (Email, and email accounts, continue to be a source of contention and/or hilarity at my workplace. There are now three people who’ve given up figuring out the password for their work account, and just give out a gmail address whenever anyone asks.)
