marcicat: snowflake (love water)

(*AKA I probably shouldn’t have based my nano novel so closely on my own work, because I wrote about a character working from home because of snow, and now *I’m* working from home tomorrow because of snow — or potential snow, at least — and it’s totally messing with my head.)

Things I’ve Learned About Working From Home So Far, Even Though I Haven’t Actually Done It Yet

1. You can’t transfer calls. Super inconvenient.

2. People always think you are not working as hard as you would be in the office.

THINGS I BELIEVE TO BE TRUE ABOUT WORKING FROM HOME THAT WILL BE TESTED UPON THE MORROW

1. The cat will be pesky, and I will end up sending at least one picture of him to all my coworkers.

2. No matter how much stuff you bring home, you will still have forgotten something important.

3. On the other hand, probably not that important.
