Day one of a three-day weekend, also known as “the day destined to have unrealized potential.”
At least for me — I tend to build up the potential of a three-day weekend ahead of time, until it’s gone from ‘a regular weekend with one extra day tacked on’ to ‘maybe I could do all the chores for September over Labor Day!’
Which, no. But naps? Naps I can do.
