Actual exchange I had at work this week:

Me: “It’s great that they want to change things, I just –”

Coworker: “Wish they would think logically about it first?”

Me: “Yes!”

[Side note: guess which team has already completely disregarded the new “meeting schedule” guidelines? That’s, right, it’s the executive team! (Because their meetings are important! They can’t just reshuffle them to fit some arbitrary guidelines!) I honestly don’t think they do this on purpose, they just… don’t think things through, always.]
