Feb. 27th, 2018 06:08 amI’ve been trying out a mindfulness app for almost two weeks, with mixed results. Mostly I fall asleep a lot. I’ve had somewhat better luck with the fitbit breathing relaxation thing — probably because it’s only 2 minutes long and is visual-based, rather than something I’m supposed to listen to.
The app thing is eight weeks, though, so we’ll see how far I get. Hopefully I will end up either more mindful or more rested — I’ll take either!
