This is one of those Thursdays when I just stared at the blank 'post an entry' box for a long time and nothing came to mind. Finally I wandered off and did some other things, but not before reading two fanfics and kicking myself for not getting 'telepathy' as the answer to yesterday's NY Times word game puzzle.
Some other things:
*got the trash ready to take out, including a small jar of garlic that expired in 2018
*tried to come up with a coherent post
*told the cat she's amazing (complimentary)
*reminded myself of my 2021 goal of being gentle with myself, re: the word game puzzle
*gently suggested to myself that if I wasn't getting anything else done, duolingo lessons wouldn't go amiss
*did not do any duolingo lessons
*decided that I had enough things to put in a list format and pretend it was a coherent post
