let's get this done

Headed back to the dentist for a filling today. I will be bringing:

*stress ball
*earbuds
*phone
*extra jacket
*lip balm

(They offer sunglasses, which I think is nice, but I don't like taking my regular glasses off and not being able to see anything, and also I usually have my eyes closed as much as possible anyway.)

*a mask, of course
*water (in the car)
*snack (just in case)

Afterwards, I will sit in the parking lot for a bit and chill out, and then go to the grocery store, because I'm not going to work today, and grocery shopping post-dentist means I won't need to go tomorrow morning. \
