*moving
*being gentle with myself
*finishing the year stronger than I start it
*communicating my expectations
*more stretching
I think I did okay. Moving was definitely an experience in being bad at things and still muddling through them. And stretching! Definitely did more stretching than the previous year.
2022 goals are yet to be determined.
