get the measuring tape out

Yesterday, I became dissatisfied with the arrangement of belongings around me, and decided that a fun August project would be to spend a little time each day moving things around. It's a good way to get reacquainted with my things -- it's been a whole year since we moved, so there have already been a few 'oh is *that* where I put that?' moments.

I expect this will include yet another rearranging of the bedroom furniture (three times a year isn't too many, right?), which will be excellent. Now the only thing I need to be careful about is getting too excited about clearing out old things I'm not using right now.
