Me: (goes to registration website)
Site: Who do you want to register? Some options may be grayed out because they're not available.
Me: I want to register me!
Site: Not available.
Me: Why?
Site: It's grayed out.
Me: Right, but why?
Site: Some options may not be available for existing registrants.
Me: What does that mean?
(Note: It took me a LONG time to work my brain around to understanding that 'not available for existing registrants' meant 'you have already purchased an individual registration for this event.' Ahahahaha I have no memory of doing that, but I did find the confirmation in my email from last April, so hey! That's neat! Task accomplished!)
