SUMMER READING ADVENTURE

starandrea and I have signed up for the SUMMER READING ADVENTURE at our local library (open to all ages this year!). Since I don't read a lot of books, but do read a lot of fanfic on the internet, I've done minimal research (aka I looked it up one time) to guess that 80,000+ words can reasonably be considered "a book."

Just finished Separate Ways by PepperPrints (and associated sequels). Does the mythosaur count as an "animal that is now extinct"? (Technically, would ANY Star Wars fic count as being "about something ancient," given that they're set "a long time ago"???)
