Neither rain nor snow, nor the fact that I’ve packed all my socks and now my feet are cold, will keep the J-Monday posts from arriving!

Today, a special fandom shoutout: the JAEGER.

Not just a giant robot built for fighting aliens! Jaegers are seabirds — very aggressive seabirds, apparently. The term “avian pirates of the sea” was used in the description.

But they’re very pretty in pictures!
