We are now experiencing our first accumulating snow of the season, liberally mixed with sleet and predicted to change over to rain at some point this afternoon. It’s — kind of pretty, I guess. Right now it’s mostly very grey outside.

Things I fee especially lucky to have in my life this morning:

1. hot tea

2. remote car starter

3. work shift that doesn’t start till noon
