The latest in corporate innovation: in 2016, my employer’s goal is to standardize which days of the week different types of meetings are held on. Yup. Each day has a cute little name, too.
(From my perspective, it doesn’t make a huge amount of sense to assume that the executive team’s schedule follows the same flow as the minion-level employees, but okay. I’m sure there was originally some kind of color-coded chart involved in this plan. By the time it got to us it was just bullet points and air quotes, so I’m sure we missed some of the pizzazz.)
In conclusion: our weekly team meeting is moving from Wednesdays to Tuesdays. I feel more productive already.
