‘I’m going to be SO PRODUCTIVE this weekend! Two whole days! I’ll have so much time to do everything! All these projects! It’s gonna be amazing!’

Me, at noon on Sunday:
‘Well, so far I’ve slept, and read fanfic. Was there something else I was going to work on this weekend? I mean, it’s probably too late to get started on any of those projects… probably better to work on them during the week anyway, when I’m already in work mode.’

You’d think I would be used to this by now, but I seem to have an unending ability to delude myself into thinking that *next* weekend will be different.
