Is anyone else weirded out by those ‘OXO: Tested on Humans’ radio ads? Look at all those peelers, graters, and mashers — tested on humans! Yikes.

Maybe it’s the Hannibal fandom that gives all comments like that a horribly creepy connotation. (There is a sign at work that says ‘Friends and Coffee: the perfect combination,’ and that weirds me out too.)

I just can’t figure out if OXO is clueless to the subtext and it’s just a coincidence, or if they know exactly what they’re doing and I’m just not their target audience.
